3. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Data

Our TASAMI_BCC application may integrate with Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform to manage authorized business conversations, message templates, delivery status and reminders. Information processed for these functions may include WhatsApp phone numbers and identifiers, message content, timestamps, and delivery or response status. We use Meta Platform Data only for the business purposes described in this policy and in accordance with applicable Meta terms. We do not sell personal information obtained through Meta integrations.

4. WhatsApp Notifications and Marketing

We may contact customers or authorized business contacts with service updates, quotation follow-ups, appointments, maintenance notifications, document-expiry reminders and other requested business communications. Promotional messages are sent only where there is an appropriate legal basis and any required permission or consent. 5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with authorized hosting, communications, messaging, payment, or IT service providers where reasonably necessary to deliver our services. We may also disclose information when legally required. Service providers may have their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, which may include restricted access, authentication and secure communications, to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, contractual obligations, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. When no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize the information.

To request deletion of personal data held in our systems, email info@altasami.com with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request. Include enough information to help us identify the relevant record. 10. Third-Party Services and International Processing
