Access Control in Sharjah

The right people need convenient entry, while visitors need a clear way to ask for access. We plan access control around how your building actually operates: staff arrival, deliveries, reception and after-hours use. Al Tasami provides door access, attendance and gate-control solutions for homes and businesses in Sharjah and UAE project locations.

How we can help

  • Door access systems

Discuss card, PIN or supported biometric readers, controllers and compatible door locks. Door material, traffic, power and the building’s exit requirements shape the hardware choice.

  • Biometric and card attendance

Set up supported time-attendance equipment and discuss enrolment, user management and report needs. Payroll integration and export formats depend on the selected software and agreed scope.

  • Vehicle barriers and parking entry

Plan boom barriers and supported RFID or number-plate recognition integration for authorised vehicles. We review approach lanes, access lists and how visitors or exceptions will be handled.

  • Automatic sliding and swing gates

Assess suitable gate automation, controls and compatible access devices. Gate condition, weight, movement, safety devices and manual-release arrangements need a site review.

  • Intercom integration and ongoing support

Discuss audio or video intercom links to supported door-release systems. We can also assess reader faults, lock problems, user changes and maintenance needs for existing installations.

Let’s plan the right solution

Share the number of doors or lanes, property type, approximate user count and preferred access method. Photos of doors and existing equipment help us prepare. Tell us about visitor entry, emergency-exit arrangements and any landlord or facilities-management requirements.

From our base in Al Butina, Sharjah, we welcome residential and business project enquiries across the UAE. Tell us your location so we can confirm site visits, installation arrangements and support availability.

Equipment, licences, integrations, visit charges, project schedule and maintenance terms are confirmed in the individual proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Can access control work with my existing doors?

Often it can, but the door material, frame, lock type, closing mechanism and exit arrangements must be checked. A site assessment helps establish the appropriate hardware.

Do you supply attendance and door access together?

We can assess both requirements. Some devices support both functions, while others are better kept separate; reporting and integration depend on the selected system.

Can a lost card be disabled?

Supported systems allow an authorised administrator to revoke a card or user credential. We cover user administration during handover and discuss who will manage it day to day.

Can you connect a barrier to RFID or number-plate recognition?

We assess compatible RFID and ANPR integration with the barrier controller. Site layout, lighting, vehicle flow and existing hardware determine the practical design.
