Telephone & PBX Systems in Sharjah

Your customers should reach the right person without repeating their story. We help businesses plan telephone systems that suit the way their team handles calls—from a small reception desk to several departments. Al Tasami supplies, installs and supports PBX, PABX and IP telephone systems in Sharjah and across UAE project locations.

How we can help

  • New office telephone systems

Plan extensions, reception phones and external line requirements around your team. We discuss the number of users, expected simultaneous calls and future growth before recommending a system.

  • IP PBX and compatible handsets

Configure supported IP phones and PBX equipment, checking network readiness, power and call quality. Existing analogue or digital equipment is assessed for reuse or migration where suitable.

  • Call routing, greetings and voicemail

Set up supported features such as extension groups, transfers, business-hour routing, recorded greetings and voicemail. The aim is a clear caller experience and a system your staff can operate.

  • Telephone and structured cabling

Coordinate phone points, patching, network switches and cabinet connections. IP telephony shares network infrastructure, so cabling and capacity are considered alongside the phones.

  • Fault finding, changes and maintenance

Investigate extension faults, audio issues and routing problems, or help with team moves and added handsets. Provider-side line or trunk changes may require coordination with your telecom operator.

Let’s plan the right solution

Send the current PBX model, number of extensions, office location and the features you need. Tell us which telecom lines or services you use and who manages them. Keep passwords private; any administrator access is arranged with an authorised contact.

From our base in Al Butina, Sharjah, we welcome residential and business project enquiries across the UAE. Tell us your location so we can confirm site visits, installation arrangements and support availability.

Equipment, licences, integrations, visit charges, project schedule and maintenance terms are confirmed in the individual proposal.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between PBX and IP PBX?

A PBX manages internal extensions and connects calls to outside lines. An IP PBX uses a data network for supported phones and call handling. The best choice depends on your equipment, network and telecom service.

Can we keep our existing office number?

That depends on your telecom provider and service arrangement. We review the telephone system requirements and identify any operator changes needed; number retention is confirmed with the provider.

Can you add more extensions to an existing system?

Often this is possible, subject to system capacity, licences, handset compatibility and available cabling. Send the make and model so the options can be checked.

Do you install VoIP and remote extensions?

We assess supported IP telephony and remote-extension options for your setup. Availability depends on the platform, network security and applicable telecom-provider requirements.
